From straightforward cut and deburred tubes to complex medical devices or industrial parts, Vita has the capabilities and services to fabricate parts to your specifications.Custom Fabricated machining Some examples of our work include cardiac surgical instruments, components for military rifles, veterinary implants, fiberoptic sheaths and sampling needles installed on a space probe now on Mars. We can produce specialty fittings and EDM or CNC / hand machine parts quickly and to your specs. Tube forming, tube swaging, assembly, and special finishes are easily handled by Vita. Most of our work is with stainless/high nickel series, brass, aluminum and copper but we also work with other alloys.
